"Anderson is a great mentor, like the North star helping me to navigate through my journey. I had been trying to advance my career take the next step for a long time but nothing was working, and then I met Anderson, my mentor. There were days when I lost all my self-confidence but Anderson always had confidence in me and my abilities. He always encouraged me to get back on track and reach my goal. He also helped me to provide visibility for my work. Thank you so much, Anderson for being my North Star even when we are thousands of KMs away."
Nivi Shringi, Program Manager, Microsoft (India)
"Under his mentorship I have not only expanded and grown my PM toolset, which has helped me tremendously in navigating and successfully executing on all my projects, but more importantly, I have also grown a lot in my own self-confidence. I owe much of my professional and personal growth and progression to Anderson. He is one of my biggest role models and sources of inspiration to keep striving to improve every day and to give back whenever I can. I am truly lucky to have him as my mentor and friend."
Jaden Shyu, Consultant, Microsoft (Canada)
"In life, we have lots of people we call friends, but actually, they are colleagues, because real friends help us grow and cheer for us. Since I met Anderson, I have received a lot of support and many doors have been opened to me - thanks to him I have a job that I love. I am grateful for his trust and his belief in me. With him, I learned many things, especially in the professional field - to have a vision, to be more detached, not to be afraid to say what I think and the main thing, to understand that making mistakes is allowed but giving up, no. The cool thing about it was that all this advice I am not only adopting for my work, but for my life and I will always take with me."

“Meeting Anderson was a watershed in my career and my personal life. He has been a fantastic mentor, opening doors in the business world, but also helping me develop the skills needed to evolve as a person and overcome my goals. From that, I learned the importance of building relationships based on trust and respect, and the power of empathy to impact the lives of those around us. I owe him a lot of my achievements in recent years, but more than that, I thank him for helping to build the person I am today, ready to keep evolving and helping others as he helped me.”
Milton Nucci, Senior Consultant, Microsoft (Londres, UK)
“I was blessed with the opportunity to work with Anderson for the last 4 years. From day one he has been teaching me something positive. During each meeting, project, or conversation, I have learned some valuable lessons. Some of the values that I could observe on him that I try to put in practice daily are loyalty, respect, and passion. He has helped me in a very genuine way through difficult and delicate times in my professional career. I am grateful for all the opportunities I had because of him and for all that I have learned and experienced. In addition to colleague and mentor, he is also a true friend.”
Paulo de Oliveira Junior– Program Manager, Microsoft (Redmond, US)
“Anderson’s bold mentorship was hands down the most influential and thriving interaction I’ve ever had with anyone in my entire 20-year IT career. Not only he genuinely helped me to take huge steps in a very strategic and structured way - which allowed me to successfully take a huge shift/step in my career - but did it with a huge amount of positive energy, while sharing his enormous experience accompanied by unique insights. Today, it’s still very rare to see such an enlightened professional/person like him, even though at Microsoft.”
Rodrigo Sorbara, Senior Premier Field Engineer, Microsoft (San Francisco, US)

Anderson helped me break down many barriers of insecurity that limited myself while participating in job interviews, teaching me to value my strengths and improving my resume to become more interesting and attractive to big companies. After our interactions, I got a second job in my area that allowed me to continue living in Los Angeles, as I was about to move to another city with a lower cost of living. Above all, he is a great friend who always has words of encouragement and appreciation.
