Hello, I’m Anderson. I divide my life between the U.S. and Brazil, balancing an international career with what matters most: my family. I’m happily married, and together with my wife we are raising our two energetic twins, Sofia and Heitor, who constantly remind me of the joy of curiosity, resilience, and laughter.
Outside of work, I recharge by hiking the mountains of the Pacific Northwest, standup paddling, sharing a good bottle of wine with friends, and traveling to discover new cultures and perspectives. These experiences ground me and fuel the creativity I bring into my professional journey.
Professionally, I bring over 20 years of leadership at Microsoft, where I currently serve as Lead Program Manager for Windows Build Compliance. My focus is on integrating Responsible AI, compliance automation, and regulatory governance into engineering at scale, ensuring that every product we deliver is secure, private, accessible, and globally compliant. Over the years, I have partnered with Fortune 100 companies and global organizations to design strategies that protect billions in revenue, strengthen trust, and enable innovation.
As an entrepreneur, I co-founded FlirtAR, Inc., the world’s first AR-based dating app integrating augmented reality with geolocation. In healthcare, I am the founder of XPDoctor, a HealthTech ecosystem integrating AI, digital prescription, and medical education, in strategic partnership with the Brazilian Psychiatric Association (ABP). This work reflects my passion for combining technology and medicine to transform lives and create impact at scale.
I also dedicate part of my career to mentoring and education. As a visiting professor at UniFOA, I teach business management and technology innovation, while as a board advisor at Atitude Infinita, I mentor young adults to achieve their goals and overcome challenges. My published works include O Legado do Mentor and Inovação em Saúde Mental com Inteligência Artificial, which combine my personal mission of empowering people with my expertise in technology and healthcare.
My academic and professional training spans INSEAD and Kellogg School of Management, with specializations in Negotiation, Business Strategy, Finance, and Marketing, complemented by certifications such as Prosci Change Practitioner, Scrum Master, ITIL, and Microsoft Solutions Master.
Beyond business and technology, I carry a deep sense of social responsibility. At Microsoft, I have proudly led Diversity & Inclusion programs globally, and I continue to serve as an advocate for equitable opportunities. Previously, I was invited to join the board of Eyes of a Child, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting children in need worldwide.
At the core of everything I do — whether in boardrooms, classrooms, startups, or community initiatives — is a simple belief: trust, empathy, and innovation are the real foundations of progress.

"With each mentoring session, my mind exploded: ‘How did I not realize this before? Now everything makes sense!’ Gobbi has this presence that is whole, attentive, and generous. He doesn’t let anything slip by. He listens deeply, notices details I would never have seen. In every encounter, his dedication is total. We only met in person once, but with him, presence never depended on physical distance. When Gobbi shows up, he is truly there — and that makes all the difference."

"Anderson is a great mentor, like the North star helping me to navigate through my journey. I had been trying to advance my career take the next step for a long time but nothing was working, and then I met Anderson, my mentor. There were days when I lost all my self-confidence but Anderson always had confidence in me and my abilities. He always encouraged me to get back on track and reach my goal. He also helped me to provide visibility for my work. Thank you so much, Anderson for being my North Star even when we are thousands of KMs away."
Nivi Shringi, Program Manager, Microsoft (India)
"Under his mentorship I have not only expanded and grown my PM toolset, which has helped me tremendously in navigating and successfully executing on all my projects, but more importantly, I have also grown a lot in my own self-confidence. I owe much of my professional and personal growth and progression to Anderson. He is one of my biggest role models and sources of inspiration to keep striving to improve every day and to give back whenever I can. I am truly lucky to have him as my mentor and friend."
Jaden Shyu, Consultant, Microsoft (Canada)
"In life, we have lots of people we call friends, but actually, they are colleagues, because real friends help us grow and cheer for us. Since I met Anderson, I have received a lot of support and many doors have been opened to me - thanks to him I have a job that I love. I am grateful for his trust and his belief in me. With him, I learned many things, especially in the professional field - to have a vision, to be more detached, not to be afraid to say what I think and the main thing, to understand that making mistakes is allowed but giving up, no. The cool thing about it was that all this advice I am not only adopting for my work, but for my life and I will always take with me."

“Meeting Anderson was a watershed in my career and my personal life. He has been a fantastic mentor, opening doors in the business world, but also helping me develop the skills needed to evolve as a person and overcome my goals. From that, I learned the importance of building relationships based on trust and respect, and the power of empathy to impact the lives of those around us. I owe him a lot of my achievements in recent years, but more than that, I thank him for helping to build the person I am today, ready to keep evolving and helping others as he helped me.”
Milton Nucci, Senior Consultant, Microsoft (Londres, UK)
“I was blessed with the opportunity to work with Anderson for the last 4 years. From day one he has been teaching me something positive. During each meeting, project, or conversation, I have learned some valuable lessons. Some of the values that I could observe on him that I try to put in practice daily are loyalty, respect, and passion. He has helped me in a very genuine way through difficult and delicate times in my professional career. I am grateful for all the opportunities I had because of him and for all that I have learned and experienced. In addition to colleague and mentor, he is also a true friend.”
Paulo de Oliveira Junior– Program Manager, Microsoft (Redmond, US)
“Anderson’s bold mentorship was hands down the most influential and thriving interaction I’ve ever had with anyone in my entire 20-year IT career. Not only he genuinely helped me to take huge steps in a very strategic and structured way - which allowed me to successfully take a huge shift/step in my career - but did it with a huge amount of positive energy, while sharing his enormous experience accompanied by unique insights. Today, it’s still very rare to see such an enlightened professional/person like him, even though at Microsoft.”
Rodrigo Sorbara, Senior Premier Field Engineer, Microsoft (San Francisco, US)

He has been a mentor on several occasions and has helped me to be more collaborative and innovative. He demonstrates a true interest in helping others and enjoys watching professionals grow and develop. He transmits a lot of energy and he is always ready to help, to inspire and to motivate other people quite easily. Thanks so much, Anderson!"
Marcelo Lagden, Premier Field Engineer, Microsoft (Brasilia, BR)
Anderson helped me break down many barriers of insecurity that limited myself while participating in job interviews, teaching me to value my strengths and improving my resume to become more interesting and attractive to big companies. After our interactions, I got a second job in my area that allowed me to continue living in Los Angeles, as I was about to move to another city with a lower cost of living. Above all, he is a great friend who always has words of encouragement and appreciation.
